Hearts survive Allies scare

Hearts of Oak rebounded from last week's loss - and are now fourth - to beat new campaigners Inter Allies 3-2 at the Tema Park. Winful Cobbinah was the headline man as he smashed and grabbed two goals in the first half, that proved to be Hearts' saving grace. Goeckel Ahotor pulled one back for Allies after 35 minutes.
Selasi Adjei, signed in the off-season to big expectations, made sure of the cushion six minutes before the break but was truly wasteful in the bigger picture.
Goalie Tetteh Luggard had a poor day after his gift to Allies gave them hope of a comeback after 81 minutes. The Phobians are onl;y fourth because of a better goal difference held by Aduana, who on Saturday
