Commey resigns from Medeama

Football | Ghana

Supersport.com has gathered that the Executive Vice-President of Medeama Sporting Club, Albert Commey, has resigned.
The Yellow and Mauves have endured a difficult start to the Ghana Premier League with their only win in five matches coming last Sunday via 2-1 away result at Liberty Professionals but it is unclear if that had a bearing on Mr. Commey's decision.
Before joining Medeama, Commey worked as the Public Relations Officer of Hearts of Oak.

Commey as well as the club CEO, Moses Parker, both declined to speak on the matter.
Medeama finally got a win - their season's first - stuttering since the league kicked off four weeks ago on Sunday.
Strikes from Godfred Rockson and Godbless Asamoah gave the Yellow and Mauves a 2-1 win at Liberty Professionals.
Medeama now lie 8th on the table with 6 points while Liberty are 10th and a point behind.
