Egypt goalie coach Zaki Abdul Fattah has announced that they
are facing a lot of trouble in their preparations for Ghana in the World
Cup play-off.
The Al Ahly players will not join the Egyptian camp on time after
their match against Cotonsport has been delayed 24 hours for the bad
weather in Garoua.
"We are facing a lot of problems already and now the Al Ahly delay further muddies up the waters. They were supposed to be back on Sunday and have some rest before our camp kicks off in earnest. But now they will be back on Monday and will not have enough rest" Zaki said to supersport.com
" As the technical staff we wanted Al Ahly to play on , but the referee refused , and we now hope they don't pick up any injuries in the replay" he added.
On ignoring players like Ahmed Hassan "Kuka" from the squad that will travel to Ghana Zaki said " We have not announced the squad yet , so that does not make any sense at all.".
