Bob Bradley has urged his players to be smart as they prepare to play their first leg of the final round World Cup qualifiers in Kumasi.
The man who was in charge when Ghana beat the United States of America at the 2006 World Cup tournament also praised his player ahead of the crunch encounter.
Bob Bradley said at a press conference:
“We did a lot of work. We studied Ghana well; we respect them, but not too much. We are a good team. We must be smart in Kumasi. We need to play with the right mentality; intellectually but with confidence.
“The players are the ones who deserve all the credit because of their concentration during the group stage.”
Ghana play Egypt at the Baba Yara Stadium on Tuesday, 15 October 11, 2013.
